Our client specializes in health and beauty products, with a strong focus on e-commerce development. This company operates as the Vietnamese branch of a Singapore-based enterprise. The parent company in Singapore has established a presence across major Southeast Asian markets, primarily engaged in the big health industry, offering health supplements and nutritional products.

As a KOL Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for expanding and managing collaborations with top e-commerce influencers on Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms in Vietnam. This role requires candidates to have an existing KOL/KOC network, effectively engage influencers, boost brand visibility, and drive influencer-led sales, ensuring strong GMV and ROI. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the Vietnamese e-commerce influencer landscape, possess strong Shopee & TikTok influencer connections, and be fluent in English or Chinese.

Main responsibilities:

KOL recruitment & management:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize the KOL database for Shopee & Lazada, including top-tier e-commerce influencers, social media KOLs, and livestreaming sellers.
  • Select and establish long-term partnerships with influencers to enhance brand exposure and sales conversion.
  • Negotiate and strategize partnerships to maximize ROI on influencer investments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure smooth execution and continuous optimization of influencer marketing campaigns.

KOL Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall company sales goals (e.g., key product amplification, new product testing, promotional campaigns).
  • Utilize Shopee & Lazada influencer marketing mechanisms to build effective influencer-driven sales models, driving GMV growth.
  • Monitor sales data from influencer channels, analyze performance, and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets to ensure a controlled and steadily increasing ROI.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Market Insights:

  • Work closely with the e-commerce operations team to align influencer marketing efforts with sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor influencer marketing strategies to continuously refine our influencer collaboration model.
  • Develop innovative influencer marketing approaches based on market trends and platform policies to enhance brand presence.

Main Requirements:

  • Language: Fluent in English or Chinese, and Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Media, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL partnerships, or e-commerce marketing. Experience in Shopee & Lazada influencer marketing is preferred.
  • KOL Resources: Strong connections with top-tier e-commerce influencers and social media KOLs in Vietnam, especially on Shopee & Lazada.
  • Deep understanding of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok influencer marketing mechanics, with expertise in different influencer marketing models.
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing influencer performance data and optimizing marketing strategies to improve ROI.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships with influencers and MCN agencies.
  • Highly adaptable, and able to thrive in the fast-paced e-commerce industry.
