Our client is a leading payments services group in Singapore. We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our client's team. The successful candidate will provide 24/7 day-to-day support, ensure stability of environments, monitor alerts, and perform incident and problem management. The incumbent will also participate in application deployments and assist external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incident tickets from start to closure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis and document solutions
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues
  • Assist in operational tasks, application deployments, and testing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in Java, J2EE/JEE, Oracle, SQL/PLSQL
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle tight SLAs
  • Experience in cloud-based architecture, DevSecOps, and financial clearing systems is a plus
