Key Responsibilities

Driving Client Success

  • Spearhead multifaceted client initiatives spanning various 

    industries and challenges.
  • Architect and oversee marketing strategies and campaign execution for both regional and global clients, leveraging data and technology.
  • Cultivate and manage high-level client relationships, from senior management to the executive suite.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner, fostering confidence in proposed solutions and deepening client engagement.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Navigate intricate problem-solving scenarios, leading teams toward business-driven recommendations that create tangible value.
  • Inspire teams to produce high-quality outputs while fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across product and business development to shape project scopes, develop innovative client solutions, and expand intellectual assets.
  • Deliver market intelligence and strategic insights to enhance client outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide colleagues, fostering professional growth and knowledge-sharing.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various marketing disciplines and their interplay.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Criteria

  • Strong academic background and hands-on experience in marketing and campaign execution across one or more domains: digital marketing, customer experience, content strategy, media planning, direct response marketing, ad-tech/mar-tech ecosystems, product launches, and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and oversee complex client engagements.
  • Experience managing high-level vendor partnerships and executive client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of business metrics, financial performance, and organizational leadership.
  • Track record in identifying business expansion opportunities, driving proposal development, and defining strategic initiatives.
  • Expertise in knowledge generation, innovative problem-solving, and delivering industry thought leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Capacity to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline-intensive environment.

  • Strong communication skills in English and relevant local language(s).
  • Legal authorization to work in the designated country and ability to secure travel visas if required.

Qualification

  • Broader marketing experience in areas such as agency-led campaigns, search marketing (SEO/SEM), video production (storyboarding, scripting, content creation), UX research, and print production.
  • Experience in global supply chain management, vendor sourcing, and production partner assessment.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Ability to oversee implementation of intricate solutions and track their business impact.
  • Industry-specific expertise in product, sales, or marketing technology.
  • An MBA or masters degree with a focus on marketing or digital (preferred but not required).
