Overview

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for building and managing the supplier base for Apparel and Accessories, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and operational initiatives at supplier sites for Apparel & Accessories, establishing performance metrics and driving continuous improvement in areas such as production planning, product development, cost optimization, compliance, and sustainability.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with factory management teams, influence factory culture, and ensure the alignment of practices with global standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, supply chain, materials, costing, and sustainability) in both regional and global offices, as well as with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
  • Monitor and manage production capabilities and factory development to support future growth, mitigating risks and eliminating bottlenecks.
  • Promote operational consistency by sharing best practices across internal and external teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop an on-site cross-functional team responsible for production planning, quality assurance, product development, commercialization, and cost management.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sourcing within the Apparel & Accessories sector, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, product development, quality assurance, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Fluent in English; excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
