About the job Regional CPaaS Product Manager
We're seeking a highly skilled Regional CPaaS Product & Partnership Manager to drive growth and innovation in CPaaS platform through strategic product development and partnerships. This role requires a dynamic professional who can conceptualize, evaluate, and launch innovative products and services that meet market needs and enable our clients Operators to differentiate themselves.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Identify market opportunities, articulate user and buyer needs, and develop market requirement statements.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with technology partners to co-create products and solutions that give a competitive advantage.
- Product Development: Ensure regional products are commercially viable, scalable, and sustainable.
- Operational Readiness: Develop and implement operational and sales support processes to drive sustainable growth.
- Partnership Strategy: Build and execute partnership roadmaps to extend CPaaS reach in relevant industries.
- Partner Engagement: Identify, engage, and collaborate with potential 3rd-party solution providers.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with partners to enable effective market launches.
- Revenue Tracking: Monitor product revenue and ensure profitability
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or equivalent. MSc/MA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in CPaaS, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS, or telecommunications, with experience in product development and management.
- CPaaS Expertise: Proven experience in shaping CPaaS product and partnership strategies.
- Communication: Strong written and spoken English skills, with good documentation and logical thinking abilities.
- Collaboration: Ability to interact confidently with mobile operators, technology partners, and stakeholders across business functions.

- Past partnership, alliances, or business development experiences.
- Proven track record of managing products in fast-paced software, CPaaS, SaaS, or telco environments.
