Our client specializes in health and beauty products, with a strong focus on e-commerce development. This company operates as the Vietnamese branch of a Singapore-based enterprise. The parent company in Singapore has established a presence across major Southeast Asian markets, primarily engaged in the big health industry, offering health supplements and nutritional products.
As a KOL Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for expanding and managing influencer resources on Shopee, TikTok, and other e-commerce platforms, leveraging influencer marketing to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong connections with top-tier e-commerce influencers and social media KOLs, be able to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with company sales goals (e.g., boosting key products, testing new launches), and take ownership of GMV and ROI.
Main responsibilities:
KOL recruitment & management:
- Expand and manage KOL resources for Shopee & TikTok e-commerce platforms, building and maintaining an influencer database.
- Identify and recruit influencers that align with the brand's needs and establish long-term partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Negotiate and strategize partnerships to maximize influencer marketing ROI.
- Track influencer performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing strategies.
KOL Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall company sales goals (e.g., key product promotion, new product testing).
- Utilize Shopee & TikTok influencer marketing mechanisms to create effective influencer-driven sales models and drive GMV growth.
- Monitor influencer-driven sales data, analyze performance, and refine marketing strategies.
- Manage influencer marketing budgets to ensure controlled and optimized ROI.
Market Insights & Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Stay updated on market trends and analyze competitor influencer marketing strategies to refine our approach.
- Develop innovative influencer marketing strategies based on market trends and platform policies to enhance brand awareness.
- Work closely with the e-commerce operations team to align influencer marketing efforts with sales targets and maximize overall ROI.
Main Requirements:
- Language: Fluent in English or Chinese, and Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Media, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, KOL partnerships, or e-commerce marketing. Experience in Shopee & TikTok influencer marketing is preferred.
- KOL Resources: Strong connections with top-tier e-commerce influencers and social media KOLs in Vietnam, especially on Shopee & TikTok.
- Deep understanding of Shopee and TikTok influencer marketing mechanisms, with expertise in different influencer collaboration models.
- Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing influencer performance data and optimizing marketing strategies to improve ROI.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to establish long-term relationships with influencers and MCN agencies.
- Highly adaptable, and able to thrive in the fast-paced e-commerce industry.
