About the job Manager/ Associate Director
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Manager to lead a team of consultants in delivering high-quality headhunting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, managing end-to-end recruitment while also driving individual and team performance to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a personal billing portfolio with a monthly/quarterly individual revenue target
- Lead, coach a team of recruitment consultants to achieve performance goals
- Set clear team KPIs and targets, track progress, and provide regular performance feedback
- Monitor consultants pipelines and ensure consistent quality and delivery
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the client base
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with existing and prospective clients
- Expand the Newbridge network by strategically recruiting key leaders through recruiting campaigns, leveraging professional lists, trade and business associations, and referrals.
- Develop comprehensive industry coverage to improve service speed and quality and stay updated on relevant industry trends affecting recruitment and client service.
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of professional experience including at least 2 years in leadership role.
- Consistent Record of meeting or exceeding personal billing targets with 6 digits (USD) and leading teams to achieve team goals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop workflow & operating frameworks in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of recruitment industry in Vietnam
- Exceptional communication & influential verbal skills, with the ability to develop meaningful and lasting relationships with clients & team members.
- Demonstrated commitment, judgment, emotional maturity, and intensity, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment
- Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time.
