We're seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer Lead to join our clients team. As a Senior AI/ML Engineer Lead, you will lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions, driving innovation and growth across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate AI/ML models into business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership: Lead a team of AI/ML engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight.
  2. Solution Architecture: Design and architect AI/ML solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  3. Model Development: Develop and deploy machine learning models using various algorithms and techniques.
  4. Model Deployment: Deploy models in production environments, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  5. Technical Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, researching and implementing new AI/ML technologies and techniques.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI/ML solutions into business operations.
  7. Technical Documentation: Document technical designs, architectures, and implementation details.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  1. Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  2. Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  3. Deep Learning: Experience with deep learning frameworks and techniques (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs).
  4. Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  5. Containerization: Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
