Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Chairwoman. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company by managing the Chairwoman's schedule, coordinating meetings and events, and handling various personal tasks. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Chairwoman's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
  • Act as a liaison between the Chairwoman and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and documents
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed
  • Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Chairwoman

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role
  • Fluent in English 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure
