About the job Principal Consultant

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Manager to lead a team of consultants in delivering high-quality headhunting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, managing end-to-end recruitment while also driving individual and team performance to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a personal billing portfolio with a monthly/quarterly individual revenue target

Set clear team KPIs and targets, track progress, and provide regular performance feedback

Monitor consultants pipelines and ensure consistent quality and delivery

Identify new business opportunities and grow the client base

Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with existing and prospective clients

Expand the Newbridge network by strategically recruiting key leaders through recruiting campaigns, leveraging professional lists, trade and business associations, and referrals.

Develop comprehensive industry coverage to improve service speed and quality and stay updated on relevant industry trends affecting recruitment and client service.

Qualifications:

9+ years of professional experience including at least 2 years in specialist role.

Consistent Record of meeting or exceeding personal billing targets with 6 digits (USD) and leading teams to achieve team goals.

Demonstrated ability to develop workflow & operating frameworks in a high-growth environment.

Deep understanding of recruitment industry in Singapore/ SEA.

Exceptional communication & influential verbal skills, with the ability to develop meaningful and lasting relationships with clients & team members.

Demonstrated commitment, judgment, emotional maturity, and intensity, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment

Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time.
