About the job Livestream Controller (Co-Operations)
Our client specializes in health and beauty products, with a strong focus on e-commerce development. This company operates as the Vietnamese branch of a Singapore-based enterprise. The parent company in Singapore has established a presence across major Southeast Asian markets, primarily engaged in the big health industry, offering health supplements and nutritional products.
As a Livestream Controller (Co-operation), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Livestream operations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring high-quality content and engagement. The ideal candidate should have e-commerce live-streaming experience, be familiar with live-streaming strategies, data analysis, and host management, and be able to develop effective live-streaming operation strategies to drive GMV growth. Candidates with e-commerce live-streaming experience and fluency in Chinese or English are preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
Content Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement livestream strategies, including content calendars, themes, and formats.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to align livestream content with overall business objectives.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality content delivery.
Operations Management:
- Manage the livestream schedule, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
- Monitor and analyze livestream performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with content providers, influencers, and other partners.
- Negotiate contracts and collaborations.
- Onboard new partners and manage existing relationships.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with livestream platforms and tools.
- Basic understanding of video production and audio techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues during live streams.
Other:
- Identify and keep abreast of the latest streaming tools and interactive trends and best practices.
- Pitch in creative and executable ideas on developing strategic planning to increase the live stream quality & sales.
- Conduct post-mortems and collaborate on scaling event operations and workflow improvements.
- Continuously improve live streaming processes to enhance conversion rates.
Main Requirements:
- Language: Fluent in Chinese or English, and Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Media, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in TikTok live-streaming operations or e-commerce live-streaming with proven sales success.
- Live Streaming Expertise: Familiar with TikTok live streaming mechanisms, including traffic distribution, engagement strategies, and host management.
- Strong data analysis skills, capable of optimizing strategies based on live stream performance.
- Problem-solving skills: To identify and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
