Project Lead

We're seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our clients team, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. As a key member of project management team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled Project Lead who can lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully. You'll be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Your goal will be to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including project kick-off, status updates, and retrospectives
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members
• Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in project management, with proven track record of establishing a new project
• Experience with project management frameworks
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in risk management and issue resolution
• Strong attention to detail, with experience in quality assurance and control
