We're seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to lead commercial strategy and operations in the broadcast media industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth across all sales channels.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and expand existing client relationships.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to deliver value.
- Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand our offerings.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform commercial strategies.
- Team Management: Attract, retain, and develop top talent in sales and commercial operations.
- Budget Management: Manage commercial budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in broadcast media sales, commercial leadership, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of the broadcast media industry, including trends and challenges
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
