The Opportunity

What You'll Do
Support the HR Manager in shaping and rolling out initiatives that strengthen company culture and bring core values to life.
Drive internal engagement through well-designed programs, events, and recognition initiatives that connect people across levels and functions.
Partner with business leaders to identify development needs, plan learning activities, and deliver meaningful training experiences.
Manage internal communications and employee feedback mechanisms to ensure the voice of employees is heard and acted upon.
Support succession planning and talent development initiatives to prepare future leaders.
Continuously monitor and improve HR programs based on data, feedback, and evolving business priorities.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, with proven success in building or enhancing culture and engagement programs.
Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Creative, people-oriented, and adaptable to change.
Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English.
