DIRECTOR - FINANCE & ACCOUNTING ADVISORY

We are looking for a Director-level leader who can operate as a Subject Matter Expert across the audit-to-finance continuum and can drive business growth while delivering high-impact client outcomes.

We are also hiring for Senior Manager/Manager/Consultant level. Open for overseas talents. Our client can sponsor EP but relocation should be managed by self.

A. External Audit & Technical Accounting - Thought Leadership:

• Acts as a trusted advisor to CFOs / Controllers on complex technical accounting and financial reporting matters
• Deep SME in IFRS with a track record of advising clients on first-time adoption, new standards and complex transactions
• Extensive experience in PCAOB audits and leading audit readiness / remediation for US-listed and IPO-bound clients
• Brings Big 4 pedigree with ability to shape audit methodology and quality

B. Internal Audit, Risk & Controls - Client Delivery Excellence:

• Proven track record of leading large-scale global SOX and ICFR transformation and optimization programs
• Ability to lead diagnostic of finance control environment, including process mapping, key reports assurance and controls rationalization to deliver risk and efficiency benefits
• Experience in designing and implementing finance risk and enterprise risk frameworks at Board / Audit Committee level
• Ability to connect risk, controls and assurance to deliver commercial outcomes for clients

C. Finance Transformation - Growth & Value Creation:

• Demonstrated experience in originating and delivering enterprise-wide Zero Based Budgeting and cost transformation programs
• Ability to advise on FP&A transformation, Finance TOM and operating model redesign to improve effectiveness and efficiency of finance function
• Experience in finance technology-led transformation and ability to lead cross-functional teams (Finance, Risk, Technology)
• Brings a business development mindset - ability to build pipeline, develop C-suite relationships and create market-leading propositions
