Our client is a fast-growing Edutech startup backed by founding team members and board advisors from big tech companies.
The company is entering its next growth phase and is now looking to build a high-performance hiring engine to match its velocity.
The Opportunity
+ This is not a junior or learning-on-the-job recruitment role.
+ We are looking for a battle-tested Talent Acquisition professional who has already proven they can hunt, close, and deliver high-quality hires in competitive markets.
+ You will own end-to-end Talent Acquisition across Vietnam and Southeast Asia and work directly with the CEO and global leadership team to scale the organization.
Key Responsibilities
+ Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for key business-critical roles across Vietnam/SEA.
+ Build proactive sourcing pipelines without relying on employer brand pull.
+ Move candidates from cold outreach to signed offer in aligned timeline.
+ Design and continuously improve recruiting systems: Document sourcing strategies, codify best practices into playbooks, turn rejections/drop-offs/hiring data into insights.
+ Build the entire recruiting engine from scratch to support rapid scaling.
Ideal Profile – Mindset & Must-Haves
+ Prior experience in sourcing-heavy or headhunting environments - preferably from 2 to 5 years of experiences working in tech or startups.
+ Highly resourceful under pressure with strong problem-solving instincts.
+ Comfortable with A/B testing, fast iteration, and being wrong quickly.
+ Able to challenge stakeholders when needed while remaining professional and respectful.
+ Strong Vietnamese & English outreach and stakeholder communication skills.
+ Solid data and CRM discipline in managing pipelines.
+ Detailed oriented, hungry for purpose and looking forward to build a legacy.
