Job Description: Chief Product Officer (CPO) – Fashion & Lifestyle

Location: Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi, Vietnam

Industry: Fashion Retail / O2O (Online-to-Offline)

Reporting to: CEO / Founder

The Mission

As the Chief Product Officer, you will be the architect of the product legacy. You are not just managing a department; you are building the "engine" that converts market insights and build multi-billion VND commercial success. You will lead the transition from design to a data-driven, scalable product machine.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute the product category strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals, market trends, and deep consumer insights.
  • End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Take full ownership of the product development lifecycle: Concept Design Prototyping Production Go-to-Market, ensuring speed, quality, and commercial viability.
  • Financial Stewardship: Establish product development budgets, manage project finances, and drive cost optimization across the entire supply chain.
  • Quality & Consistency Governance: Define quality benchmarks, technical guidelines, and product documentation to ensure brand consistency across all seasons and collections.
  • Commercial Synergy: Partner with Marketing and Sales to define launch strategies, pricing positioning, and messaging tailored to target customer segments.
  • Team Architecture: Recruit, mentor, and lead the R&D/Product team, building a high-performance culture that thrives on innovation and execution.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 10 years in Product Development, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or Product Management role.
  • Industry Focus: Strong preference for candidates from Fashion, Retail with revenue of over 50 million USD per year
  • Strategic Mindset: Sharp sensitivity to market trends and a proven ability to translate consumer insights into winning product strategies.
  • Project Execution: Expert in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) from concept to launch, with a focus on optimizing portfolios based on KPIs.
  • Leadership DNA: A "Builder" mindset—decisive, resilient, and capable of leading teams through high-growth phases.
