Our client is seeking a high-caliber "Architect of Operations" to lead the 10-year development of a world-class, sustainable university campus. As a core member of the Executive Team, you will transition the institution from a master plan to a living, breathing center of academic excellence. You are not just managing facilities; you are building a resilient, digitally advanced, and environmentally conscious institutional legacy.

The "Builder" Scope

  • Campus Genesis: Lead the end-to-end delivery of physical infrastructure across three strategic phases, ensuring world-class standards for labs, collaborative spaces, and student life.
  • Sustainability Leadership: Spearhead the institution's "Green Identity," embedding ESG principles into energy management, waste reduction, and architectural design.
  • Operational Architecture: Design and scale the backbone of the university: Finance, HR, IT/Digital Infrastructure, and Legal Compliance.
  • Strategic Governance: Navigate Vietnam's regulatory landscape and government relations to secure licensing, approvals, and operational readiness.
  • Resource Stewardship: Oversee complex financial modeling, infrastructure investment, and transparent procurement for a decade-long construction roadmap.

  • 12+ Years of Grit: Senior leadership experience in large-scale infrastructure, institutional operations, or complex campus development.
  • Project Mastery: Proven track record working with architects, developers, and contractors on high-stakes delivery timelines.
