About the job Channel Sales Manager – AI Infrastructure
Our client is a Singapore-based, AI-native data infrastructure company solving the biggest bottleneck in modern AI: efficiently delivering massive data to GPUs without latency. Their distributed storage platform and GPU-accelerated caching layer maximize GPU utilization for AI training and real-time inference at exabyte scale. They help enterprises move from AI prototypes to production-grade agentic AI by fixing the infrastructure gap that compute alone can't solve.
Backed by strong technical roots, our client is now expanding across APAC and building their channel ecosystem to bring AI factory infrastructure to market.
The Role
As Channel Sales Manager, you'll own our client's partner-led revenue strategy across SEA/APAC. You'll recruit, enable, and scale a network of channel partners who sell to enterprises building LLM, inference, and multi-agent AI workloads. This is a 01 channel build with direct impact on revenue and market category creation.
What You'll Do
- Build the Channel: Recruit and onboard strategic partners — Global SIs, AI-focused system integrators, cloud resellers, GPU ecosystem partners, and data center/infra VARs
- Drive Revenue: Own partner-sourced + influenced pipeline for high-performance AI storage, caching fabric, and purpose-built appliances. Co-sell into enterprises running large GPU clusters and AI factories
- Enable Partners: Train partners on the infrastructure challenges behind agentic AI — KV Cache bottlenecks, inference economics, and why storage architecture is now the defining constraint. Run technical deep-dives, QBRs, and joint workshops
- Create Demand: Partner with marketing on flagship AI events and develop joint solutions with cloud providers, data platforms, and GPU ecosystem players
- Be the Voice of Partners: Feed field insights back to product and engineering on inference acceleration, megacluster networking, and unlocking legacy data for AI
What You Bring
- Experience: 6+ years in channel/partner sales for data infrastructure, storage, HPC, cloud, or AI infra. Track record of $5M+ partner revenue in APAC
- Domain Fluency: Understand GPU underutilization, KV Cache growth, inference latency, AI training pipelines, and why traditional storage/networking breaks at scale
- Network: Established relationships with GSIs, regional SIs, NVIDIA ecosystem partners, and cloud/data center VARs across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam
- Sales DNA: Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or enterprise sales methodologies. Strong at joint account mapping, deal registration, and multi-party enterprise deals
- Mindset: Builder mentality. Comfortable evangelizing complex technical infrastructure to both CTOs and partner executives
- Bonus: Background at high-performance storage, GPU, or cloud infrastructure companies
