CFO

Mission: Build the financial backbone for growth - capital strategy, trusted numbers, cash visibility, controls, and planning discipline for a vertically integrated EV company [Design, Manufacturing, Distribution, After-Sales].

Key Pillars:

1. Capital Strategy & Fundraising
Own capital strategy across equity, venture debt, working capital facilities, project & green financing. Lead fundraising end-to-end: prep, investor targeting, diligence, negotiation, closing. Build relationships with investors, lenders, banks, strategic partners. Translate growth story into clear financial narrative.

2. Manufacturing Finance Control
Build visibility across Revenue, COGS, BOM, Inventory, Warranty, Logistics, Capex. Product-level margin by model, channel, city, segment. Build dashboards leadership can use. Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, After-Sales.

3. Cash Flow, Treasury & Working Capital
Own cash flow, liquidity, runway. Lead supplier, battery/component, logistics, dealer payment terms negotiation - deposits, credit terms, milestone payments, consignment, dealer credit limits, sell-through terms. Own credit limits, receivables, overdues.

4. Planning Discipline
Own annual budget, rolling forecast, LTP. Connect sales, production, inventory, purchasing, hiring, capex, WC, cash into one model. Run MBR on revenue, deliveries, margin, inventory, WC, cash.

5. Accounting & Governance
Own accounting, tax, audit, statutory reporting across entities. Build controllership - clean books, timely close, reliable financials. Strengthen controls across procurement, payments, inventory, FA, payroll, revenue, discounts, warranty. Investor/lender/board diligence readiness.

Team: Build & lead Finance - Accounting, FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Compliance, IR.

Requirements:

• 10+ years across finance, accounting, banking, PE/VC, corporate finance, FP&A, controllership, treasury
• Background in high-growth manufacturing, hardware, automotive/mobility, consumer, or other WC-intensive businesses [EV/Auto ideal]
• Proven track record in fundraising, IR, debt financing, strategic finance
• Deep skill in planning, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, modeling
• Experience building/upgrading accounting systems, controls, governance
• Direct exp working with CEOs, boards, investors, banks, auditors
• CPA/ACCA/CFA/MBA/Big 4/IB/PE/VC background is plus, not must
