Change Manager – Infor Billing Implementation (Prosci Certified)

Contract | $950–$1,150 per day + GST | Hybrid | Utilities Program

We are partnering with a global consulting organisation delivering a major Infor Billing system implementation for a regulated utilities provider.

This program will transform customer billing, revenue management, tariff structures, and operational processes across billing, customer service, finance, and field teams.

We are seeking a Prosci-certified Change Manager with direct Infor billing system experience to drive organisational readiness and sustained adoption.

Mandatory Requirements

• Prosci Change Management Certification (essential)
• Proven experience delivering change on an Infor Billing system implementation
• Experience within regulated utilities environments (water highly regarded)
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise system adoption across operational and customer-facing teams

Applications without both Prosci certification and Infor billing experience will not be progressed.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Delivery

• Develop and execute the end-to-end Change Management plan aligned to Infor implementation milestones
• Apply ADKAR methodology across impacted business functions
• Conduct impact assessments across billing operations, revenue assurance, tariffs, customer lifecycle, and regulatory reporting

Stakeholder & Sponsor Enablement

• Engage senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Establish and manage change champion networks
• Provide structured reporting to Program Steering Committee

Business Readiness & Adoption

• Drive readiness across billing operations, contact centre, finance, and field services
• Partner with Training Leads to align role-based learning to Infor billing impacts
• Support UAT engagement and transition-to-BAU
• Lead resistance management and reinforcement strategies

Ideal Profile

• Deep understanding of utilities billing environments
• Experience with Infor Billing (Infor Public Sector / Infor IPS preferred)
• Exposure to revenue cycles, tariff management, and compliance-driven billing frameworks
• Comfortable operating within consulting-led, multi-stream programs

• $950–$1,150 per day + GST
• 6–12 month contract
