We're partnering with a highly regarded specialist consulting company delivering transformation programs across asset-intensive organisations.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an EAM Consultant who brings strong enterprise asset management capability across a range of platforms, with a preference for TechnologyOne.

This role is suited to someone who understands asset management as a discipline first, and systems second—combining platform expertise with a systems mindset and Business Process Management (BPM) capability.

Candidates from both consulting environments and end-user organisations are encouraged to apply.

The Role

You'll work across client engagements to improve how organisations manage their assets, leveraging EAM platforms to drive better outcomes across operations, finance, and planning.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting or leading EAM advisory and delivery engagements across multiple clients
• Analysing and redesigning end-to-end asset management processes
• Applying systems thinking to align people, process, data, and technology
• Configuring and optimising EAM platforms, with a preference for TechnologyOne
• Supporting implementations, system uplift, and optimisation initiatives
• Facilitating workshops and capturing business and functional requirements
• Driving BPM and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting data migration, data quality, and governance frameworks
• Assisting with integration across Finance, Works, GIS, and operational systems
• Delivering training, documentation, and change support

What You Bring

We're looking for well-rounded EAM professionals with platform flexibility and strong consulting capability.

Core Experience

• Experience working with EAM platforms, such as:
  • TechnologyOne (preferred)
  • IBM Maximo
  • SAP PM / EAM
  • Infor EAM / IPS
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management principles
• Exposure to Business Process Management (BPM) or operational improvement
• Systems mindset with the ability to understand enterprise-wide impacts
• Experience mapping AS-IS / TO-BE processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Valuable Experience

• Experience with TechnologyOne EAM / Asset Management (highly regarded)
• Background in consulting or client-facing delivery environments
• Experience within local government, utilities, infrastructure, or asset-heavy sectors
• Exposure to integrations across Finance, Procurement, Works, GIS or related platforms
• Experience supporting implementations or transformation programs
