Experienced Front of House Team Member – Casual Role

A well-established, family-friendly pub in Ballarat is looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Front of House team member to join our team on a casual basis.

Our traditional local venue offers quality pub meals and welcoming service across its bar, dining and outdoor areas. We're proud to provide a relaxed atmosphere where locals and visitors can enjoy a great meal or drink.

The role

Your duties will include:

• Welcoming and serving customers
• Taking food and drink orders
• Pouring beers and preparing drinks
• Running meals and clearing tables
• Processing payments
• Keeping the bar and dining areas clean and organised
• Providing warm and attentive customer service

This is a casual role, and the number of hours is negotiable based on your experience and availability.

About you

To be considered, you must:

• Have previous front of house or hospitality experience
• Hold a current Victorian RSA
• Be confident working in a busy pub environment
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Be reliable, punctual and a strong team player
• Be available to work a flexible casual roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
