Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will provide overall administrative and technical direction on designated projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and risk management skills.

Essential Functions:

  • Plans, organizes and manages the field team in coordination with the Division Manager and Estimator.

  • Establish project objectives and implement corporate policies and procedures.

  • Represent the company by maintaining liaison with primary owner representatives and attending weekly owner meetings.

  • Monitor and control construction activities to ensure compliance with schedule, budget, and minority obligations.

  • Manage all job administration and contract documentation with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Oversee financial aspects of contracts, including job cost reports, billings, budget changes, change orders, and accounts payable processing.

  • Create and execute project work plans, identify resource needs, and manage day-to-day operational aspects.

  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality control standards.

  • Manage subcontractors and resolve labor disputes, material deliveries, and contract/subcontract administration issues.

  • Oversee document control, coordination of subcontractors, and baseline schedule initialization.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience.

  • Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, and risk management.

  • Proficiency in public contract code, Build2Win, estimating, and project projections.

  • A valid driver’s license is required.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.

  • Excellent writing, presentation, and computer skills.

  • Proficiency in identifying changes in projects and understanding of production.

  • Thorough understanding of estimating, time impact analysis, critical path, and delay tracking.

  • Competency in project management, ethical conduct, negotiation, leadership, problem-solving, and financial management.

  • Process-oriented with exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).


Physical Demands:

  • Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods at construction sites.

  • Must frequently lift and move up to 20 pounds.

  • Specific vision abilities are required for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
