Working Location: Hanoi Office

Introduction:

My client is a well-established and reputable foreign real estate developer with a long year of experiences in Vietnam market, covering both commercial and industrial segments.

Job Summary:

My client is now seeking to fill the position of Senior Leasing Manager/Industrial Asset within the Hanoi Office. The Industrial Leasing Managers primary responsibility will be managing a team of professionals to lease ready built warehouse, factories, and cold storage for lease in a portfolio of projects in the companys rapidly growing IP division. The candidate is to possess strong management, business development, sales/leasing and negotiating skills with expertise within Vietnams industrial market. The candidate should be results driven individual focused on setting sales targets and motivating a team of leasing professionals to collectively reach the companies leasing target.

The Leasing Manager will be required to report directly to the Industrial Director but will also have responsibilities to update the company's management team as to the current and projecting leasing status of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing the leasing activities of the company's industrial division including Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and local Vietnamese desks

Generating leasing inquiries and closing deals thereby setting an example for the leasing team.

Managing the leasing team (5-6 individuals initially) to set sales targets and motivating the team to ensure these targets are achieved.

Business development and networking with prospective tenants, business associations, and brokers.

Reviewing and providing inputs for new projects under acquisition and during design stage.

Reporting to the Industrial Director and the company's management team regarding all key leasing matters of the industrial division.

Willing and able to travel throughout the central and southern regions of Vietnam when required.

Other tasks as assigned by the Industrial Deputy Director.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Minimum Bachelor of Business Administration.

Real estate specific education is a plus.

Ideally with education and/or work experience overseas.

Must be able to read, write and speak English well.

Skills/Experience:

5-7 years of continuous experience in similar role and/or experience in the industrial real estate sector.

Ability to meet annual targets and perform well under pressure.

Advanced skills with MS Word, Power Point, and Excel.

Willing and able collaborator and good ability to work in teams.
