My client is a family owned company founded in 1966. It is one of the largest suppliers for intensive livestock farming globally with 14 offices, activities in 40+ countries and more than 500 employees. Today, the company encompasses multiple brands all united in their mission to eliminate AMR. The company does this by developing knowledge, services, and products to improve hygiene in livestock farms around the world.

Job Summary

Were searching for a dynamic Technical Sales Manager with a good understanding of pig and poultry farming. If you bring 2-3 years of relevant experience and are based in or around Ho Chi Minh City, wed love to hear from you!

As our new Technical Sales Manager, youll play an essential role in launching our MS Gold hygiene product range and HyCare approach to livestock farms in Vietnam. Leading by example, youll cooperate closely with dealers and customers, providing full technical support and coordinating training sessions on efficient farm hygiene management.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary technical contact point for dealers and end-users regarding Schippers hygiene products focusing primarily on our MS Gold line and HyCare approach.

• Spearheading the launch of new market-leading hygiene products and services.

• Organizing engaging training sessions covering farm hygiene management, animal health management, and product usage.

• Conducting field tests to evaluate the effectiveness of our product line.

• Collect critical feedback from dealers, farmers, and end-users that can be funneled into future product development.

• Lending your expertise to sales teams during crucial sales calls.

Qualifications & Experience

• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or a related discipline and some practical experience working on pig or poultry farms (2-3 years).
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Vietnamese are essential.
• Additionally, candidates should be comfortable working independently or within a team setting and be able to travel frequently within Vietnam, able to travel by car/visit farms/stay sometimes at the farm.
