The main goal of this role is to set up and fulfill marketing strategies geared towards raising brand awareness, generating leads

Challenges & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other Business Development team members to plan marketing campaigns
- Create and manage editorial calendars across various media platforms (blog posts, case studies, Medium, AWS, ABM, catalog platforms)
- Implement strategy and manage the process of launching marketing campaigns through ABM, AWS, SMM (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), Google ads, etc.
- Produce a brand style guide that communicates the right messaging to attract prospective customers
- Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites, presentations, etc.
- Conduct market research to analyze market trends, and competitors, and determine the target audiences needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
- Tracking effectiveness and engagement of marketing campaigns
- Overseeing the companys attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences
- Report to Head of Business Development & Partner
- Follow the company's Business Development strategy and reach its goals

Skills

- 5+ years of experience in marketing
- Understanding of the AI services market
- Understanding of B2B
- A proven track record in writing
- Strong presentational skills
- Sense-making approach
- Team management skills
- Understanding of inbound and outbound strategies
- Market analysis and customer knowledge
- Sales and marketing hypothesis testing
- Advanced English

Knowledge

- Experience in IT Service or Product Company
- Understanding of B2B and AI services market
- Understanding of inbound and outbound strategies
- Experience in launching ABM campaigns is preferred

Experience

- Experience in growing online presence, generating leads through marketing campaigns
- Experience working with sales on the best practices for measuring modern revenue marketing including OKRs, targets, and attribution.
- Experience in developing creative campaigns and executing them across multiple digital channels
