Pay : £75,000 p/a + quarterly commission and annual company bonuses.

About the Role:

As an Asset Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the performance of our renewable energy assets. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical, commercial, and financial aspects of a portfolio of solar and energy storage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Asset Performance: Monitor and analyse the performance of assets, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize output and reduce costs.
• Technical Management: Oversee technical aspects of asset operations, including maintenance schedules, fault diagnosis, and repair procedures.
• Commercial Management: Manage contracts with suppliers, contractors, ensuring compliance and maximizing revenue.
• Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with asset operations, including safety, environmental, and financial risks.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including landowners, grid operators, and local authorities.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on asset performance, financial metrics, and regulatory compliance.
• Project Management: Oversee project activities, such as upgrades, retrofits, and repowering.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in asset management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of solar and energy storage technologies.
• Experience in financial modelling and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
