About Network Learning Pathways
Network Learning Pathways is a specialist transition service providing bespoke pathways for young people with additional needs and barriers to learning.
We support learners to achieve positive outcomes through personalised programmes that enable successful transitions back into mainstream education, specialist education, Preparation for Adulthood, EOTAS, and education, employment or training.
Our Pathway+ Programme is our enhanced progression programme for young people who are NEET, or at risk of becoming NEET, and require additional support to develop the confidence, skills and experience needed to take their next steps.
Purpose of the Role
As a Job Coach within the Pathways+ Programme, you will support young people who are NEET, or at risk of becoming NEET, to overcome barriers to learning and progression.
Through personalised coaching, vocational profiling, employer engagement and workplace support, you will help learners identify realistic goals and progress towards sustained education, employment or training. You will empower learners to develop the confidence, independence, resilience and employability skills needed to achieve positive long-term outcomes.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, employers, families and partner agencies, you will play a key role in helping learners make successful transitions into their chosen pathway.
