Job Summary:
As a Senior Account Executive (Tax & Accounting Industry Experience), you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving new business development and building strong client relationships nationwide. You will collaborate with our marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary and commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions tailored to their specific requirements
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies and materials
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote Netsurit and generate new leads
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress towards targets to the sales manager

Productivity Enablement:
- Solutions to boost efficiency, data-driven insights, robust security, and continuous technological advancement.
- Training and automation to maximize the value of existing tools.
AI and Automation:
- AI/Automation-driven solutions to unlock new business capabilities and maximize impact and efficiency.
- Collaboration to identify key use cases and develop tailored AI strategies.
IT Consulting Services:
- Strategic planning, system implementations, and digital transformation support.
- IT infrastructure procurement and disaster recovery services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Possesses a robust and active network of professional contacts within the Tax, Accounting, Wealth Management, and Asset Management sectors. This includes relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, enabling effective engagement and leveraging these connections to drive business growth and secure new opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively pitch and sell products or services to top-level executives, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and other senior leaders. This includes understanding their strategic priorities, presenting tailored value propositions, and navigating complex decision-making processes to secure high stakes deals
- Minimum of 8 years and maximum of 10 years of experience in B2B IT Managed Serves sales, in the in the Tax, Accounting, Wealth Management, and Asset Management verticals (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems

- Strategically Innovative: Comfortable implementing AI and automation strategies to differentiate offerings and accelerate market penetration.
- Commercially Astute: Skilled in managing budgets effectively, demonstrating ROI, and leveraging existing resources strategically to achieve outsized results.
- Financial Services Depth (NON-NEGOTIABLE): Proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth through knowledge and deep domain expertise in the Tax, Accounting, Wealth Management, and Asset Management verticals.
