Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, with a strong background in IT recruitment. This role requires expertise in both US and international recruitment coordination, ensuring we attract the best talent from around the globe. This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  Additionally, dedication to detail, very good follow-through, as well as a personality that is up to the task of shouldering considerable responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Coordination: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
  • Hiring Manager Liaison: Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between hiring managers and candidates.  Maintain a positive relationship with hiring managers and provide continuous updates on the status of open positions. Ensure positions are posted timely. Follow-up with hiring managers to collect interview feedback. 
  • IT Recruitment: Leverage your IT recruitment experience to identify and attract top-tier candidates for technical roles.
  • Global Recruitment: Coordinate recruitment efforts across multiple regions, multiple time-zones, ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural nuances.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate proper correspondence to job applicants at each stage of the selection process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote Netsurit as an employer of choice.
  • Internal Candidates and Employee Referral Program:  Ensure internal candidates and employee referrals are tracked closely through the selection process and receive first notice of selection decisions. 
  • Reporting: Assist in compiling reports and track effectiveness of sourcing methods, cost per hire, budgets for open roles.
  • Invoicing: Provide talent acquisition vendor support with regards to invoicing.
  • Other Assigned Duties: Facilitate other assigned administrative requests or special projects as assigned by Talent Acquisition leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, with a focus on IT recruitment.
  • Degree/Diploma or any relevant qualification
  • Global Expertise: Proven experience in coordinating recruitment activities within the US and other international recruitment efforts.  Experience with multi-national companies is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, various applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job posting processes required.
  • University Relations:  Prior experience coordinating job postings and selection activity with local university staff preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Flex Schedule:  Due to the multi-national talent acquisition efforts, this role may need to work US hours on occasion to coordinate interviews or connect with hiring managers.  Ability to shift working hours as needed strongly preferred.
