Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, track deliverables, and ensure all project records are up-to-date.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Budget & Cost Tracking: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide financial updates as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Support the development and enhancement of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes with actionable follow-ups.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Preferably a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role within a professional services environment.
  • Certifications: Must have a Project Management certificate (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile certifications).

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira.
  • Proficient in M365.
