Overview:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support fast-paced AI-driven initiatives,such as digital assistants, voice bots and other next-gen support tools. These roles combine a strong foundation in DataAnalytics (70%) with an affinity for Data Science (30%) and will help in defining success metrics, improving data quality,reporting, and generating insights that influence strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings a deep curiosity for user behavior, proficiency in product analytics, and a customer-first mindset that drives actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customer journey tracking mechanisms.
- Extract, prepare, and explore data from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights, possibly by joining several data sources.
- Design dashboards in Tableau for structured or ad-hoc visualizations.
- Create automated reporting solutions using tools like SQL, Python or Tableau to streamline regular reporting tasks and reduce manual efforts.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights within the data.
- Support OKR tracking by aligning data metrics to business objectives and monitoring performance over time.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, data engineers and other stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, ideally with exposure to AI/ML use cases.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau (or equivalent BI tools).
- Ability and willingness to understand the business context and why behind technical features.
- Hands-on mindset, comfortable with day-to-day operational work and proactive engagement.
- Strong communicator able to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Product Analytics is a big plus.
- Some knowledge of LLMs, chatbots, and AI customer service solutions is a plus.
- Open to occasional travel across Europe.
