About the job Document Controller - Romblon
Responsibilities:
- Document Management:
Receive, review, and organize all documents pertaining to repo vehicles, including titles, registrations, lien releases, and other relevant paperwork.
Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with legal and company standards.
Develop and maintain a systematic filing and archiving system for easy retrieval and reference.
- Inventory Control:
Maintain an updated inventory of repo vehicle documents, tracking their location and status.
Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of document records.
- Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, finance, and operations to facilitate document retrieval and information sharing.
Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including government agencies and financial institutions, to handle document requests and inquiries.
- Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline document management processes and implement improvements.
Suggest and implement digital solutions for document storage and retrieval to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in document management or related administrative roles, preferably in the automotive or financial services industry.
Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
Proficiency in using document management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to vehicle documentation (titles, registrations, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
