Data Analyst (Python & Golang)

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in Python and Golang to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining systems responsible for the acquisition of hundreds of gigabytes of market data per day as well as developing data analysis tools allowing the extraction of valuable metrics from this data for our customers.

He will have full responsibility for projects from the collection of requirements to development, deployment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain data acquisition pipelines with Python and Golang.

- Implement complexe queries and models for real-time data analysis in SQL.

- Optimise existing database structures and queries for performance as well as cost optimisation of the infrastructure.

Qualifications:

- fluent in French & English

- Proven experience in software development, specifically in Python and Golang.

- Proven experience in TDD

- Experience with advanced SQL such as window functions, CTEs ...

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with financial data structures such as trades, order books, instruments, positions etc..

- Familiarity with financial accounting and risk evaluation:

- pnl for products such as inverse futures european options etc..

- risk exposure computation across different types of assets and products

- Familiarity with Clickhouse

- Familiarity with Airflow
