Proxy PO (EN/FR)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner: Assist in the brainstorming and design of features, proposing technical solutions while keeping business needs in mind.
2. Facilitate the work of developers: Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for each feature, anticipate questions, and prepare the information the development team will need to proceed without roadblocks.
3. Monitor the development team: Remove uncertainties, clarify specifications, and respond to inquiries, allowing developers to focus on coding without interruptions.
4. Progress tracking and reporting: Produce regular reports on development progress, outlining successes and any challenges, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

Your Profile:

1. Development experience: You have experience as a developer, with a strong understanding of development processes and technical expectations.
2. Technical documentation skills: You know how to structure and present technical information clearly and understandably.
3. Strong analytical ability: Able to anticipate developer questions and resolve potential blockers before they arise.
4. Product and client orientation: You have a keen understanding of client needs and can translate these requirements into precise features.
5. Agile SCRUM skills (preferred): Experience with Agile SCRUM methodology is a plus for this role, enhancing team collaboration and prioritization management.
