• Provide patient assessment for the purpose of exchanging information with a view towards illuminating and solving problems, growth or planning strategies and actions aimed at improving quality of life.

• identify goals and develop treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• evaluate treatment outcomes and identify new goals as needed.

• provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families including the following:

cognitive behavioral

• solution focused therapy

• strengths perspective

• mindfulness

• EMDR

• ACT
