Role & Responsibilities

As a Family Physician in Canada, you will:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and mental health support.

• Participate in interdisciplinary teams with nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals.

• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with provincial regulations.

• Contribute to community health initiatives and promote patient-centered care.
  

• Depending on the setting, opportunities may exist for teaching, hospital privileges, or special-interest clinics (e.g., womens health, geriatrics, sports medicine).

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM or equivalent).

• Eligible for an independent medical license in Canada (guidance provided).

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care.

• Willingness to relocate to Canada opportunities are available in both urban and rural practice settings.

Compensation & Benefits
