Locations: Multiple clinic sites across Toronto
We are recruiting for multiple roles with a well-established clinic group in Toronto.
Practice Setting: Outpatient community-based clinics
Model: Fee-for-service
Environment: High-volume practice with strong administrative and clinical support
Role Summary
We are seeking Gynecologists to join busy outpatient clinics across Toronto, with a primary focus on adult patients and the flexibility to see a broad range of general gynecologic presentations as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking for a well-supported, outpatient-only role with strong patient demand, efficient clinic operations, and minimal administrative burden.
The clinics are designed to provide gynecologists with the infrastructure and support needed to focus on assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and continuity of care in a collaborative community setting.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient gynecologic assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a broad range of women's health conditions
- Manage adult patients presenting with concerns such as menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, menopause-related symptoms, contraception needs, and other general gynecologic conditions
- Perform office-based gynecologic procedures as appropriate within the scope of the clinic setting
- Provide follow-up care, treatment planning, screening, and preventive care as appropriate
- Support collaborative care and coordinate with referring providers and clinic staff as needed
- Maintain high-quality documentation and practice in alignment with Ontario standards and clinic protocols

Compensation

Qualifications
- MD or equivalent with specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) or eligible for independent licensure in Ontario
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centred approach
- Comfortable working independently in a busy outpatient setting
