This is a high-demand opportunity in a modern, efficient, and supportive clinical environment with immediate patient volume available.

• Estimated first-year billings: $500,000+

• Approximately 500 patients waiting to be attached

• Full-time, part-time, or locum options available

• Flexible scheduling: Monday to Friday business hours, optional weekends

Each exam room includes a computer, cabinetry, sink, locker, and wall-mounted phone, allowing it to function as both a clinical and private workspace.

Candidate Requirements

• Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
• Eligible to legally work in Canada
• Comfortable managing a full-scope family practice
