Location: US-based-Remote
Experience Required: 7+ years in professional staffing, 3-5 years in managed services
Education Required: Bachelor's degree

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage with large enterprises (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies.
- Manage the full sales process, from outreach to client onboarding.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers.
- Achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
- Attend industry events to expand connections and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in selling staffing services (IT, Finance, Engineering) to mid-market and enterprise customers.
- 3-5 years of experience selling managed services (RPO, MSP, VMS).
- Strong connections within the Talent Ecosystem and relationships with key decision-makers in tech, finance, and engineering.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proven track record of acquiring new clients.
- Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
- Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite.
