Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage with large enterprises (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies.
  • Manage the full sales process, from outreach to client onboarding.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers.
  • Achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
  • Attend industry events to expand connections and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in selling staffing services (IT, Finance, Engineering) to mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • 3-5 years of experience selling managed services (RPO, MSP, VMS).
  • Strong connections within the Talent Ecosystem and relationships with key decision-makers in tech, finance, and engineering.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proven track record of acquiring new clients.
  • Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite.
