Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Design

- Develop and oversee detailed designs, technical drawings, and blueprints for infrastructure projects.

- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project needs and requirements.

- Project Management Support

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that engineering designs are aligned with project timelines, budgets, and client specifications.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, construction managers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.

- Technical Oversight

- Provide technical guidance throughout all project phases, from initial planning to final inspection.

- Conduct engineering analyses to assess project viability, structural integrity, and compliance with safety standards.

- Compliance and Quality Control

- Ensure that all engineering activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.

- Oversee quality control protocols to maintain high standards in all deliverables.

- Problem Solving and Innovation

- Identify and address technical challenges proactively, providing innovative solutions to optimize project outcomes.

- Stay current on emerging industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

- Documentation and Reporting

- Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.

- Communicate progress updates and project milestones clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.

- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or working towards it is preferred.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of civil engineering experience, ideally in infrastructure or construction projects.

- Proficiency in civil engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.

- Strong knowledge of industry codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills.

Job Type: Full - Time

Pay: 35.00 - $52.00/hr
