Location: 100% Remote, Canada
Experience: 7+ Years
Rate: 75 to 85 CAD PH
Role Summary: NearSource is looking for an HR Transformation Program Manager to lead high-visibility strategic initiatives focused on people programs and enterprise transformation. This role will drive cross-functional program execution, align stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of initiatives impacting HR and organizational operations. The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership, structured execution, and the ability to influence outcomes across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs aligned with enterprise people and organizational priorities
- Define program scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics for high-impact initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive progress across multiple workstreams
- Establish clear milestones, assign responsibilities, and monitor program execution against defined objectives
- Deliver concise program updates, insights, and progress reports to senior leadership
- Connect program initiatives with broader organizational priorities and parallel initiatives
- Drive stakeholder alignment and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Lead change management efforts supporting program rollout, adoption, and process implementation
- Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum
- Support strategic planning and portfolio coordination within the People Programs and Portfolio organization
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of experience leading complex strategic programs or enterprise initiatives
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders across organizations
- Strong program management capabilities, including planning, tracking, and reporting
- Ability to communicate program insights and progress to senior leadership
- Experience managing high-visibility initiatives with measurable organizational impact
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to connect initiatives to broader business priorities
- Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes through influence rather than direct authority
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience supporting or implementing HR transformation or people-focused programs
- Familiarity with enterprise-level change management practices
- Exposure to AI-driven program implementation or initiatives within HR environments
- Experience working with program portfolios in large-scale organizations
