Job Summary
NearSource Technologies is looking for a Senior Frontend React Engineer to develop and deliver scalable web applications for enterprise platforms. In this role, you will build modern frontend solutions using React.js and Next.js, develop reusable UI components, integrate with content management platforms and backend services, and contribute to cloud-native application delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript.
• Design and implement reusable UI components that support scalable application development.
• Integrate frontend applications with content management platforms, backend services, and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Deliver responsive, accessible, and SEO-compliant user interfaces across multiple devices and browsers.
• Optimize frontend performance to improve application responsiveness and user experience.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, design systems, and reusable component libraries.
• Support cloud-based deployments and modern application delivery practices.
• Execute code reviews, testing activities, and continuous integration workflows.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and quality assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Drive adherence to engineering standards, development best practices, and application quality.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of professional experience developing frontend applications.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with content management platforms and external services.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization, browser compatibility, and responsive design principles.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with content delivery and web application deployment across distributed environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, backend engineers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript development.
• Experience building reusable UI components and managing application state in complex web applications.
• Experience integrating with RESTful or GraphQL services within distributed application architectures.
• Experience with Next.js and modern rendering approaches for web applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, and modern deployment practices.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience with automated testing and frontend quality assurance practices.
• Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries that promote consistency across applications.
• Working knowledge of visual content authoring solutions, page builders, or content editing platforms.
• Experience with personalization strategies, feature experimentation, or optimization initiatives.
