Key Responsibilities

Feature Development

• Design and deliver secure, high-quality, and performant features that meet the needs of enterprise-scale applications.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Break down complex tasks, estimate timelines, and organize workflows to drive project success.
• Work closely with product managers to refine and elaborate on requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring the team aligns with Scrum processes.

Team Mentorship & Best Practices

• Provide guidance to team members on software development standards and best practices.
• Review code to ensure adherence to high standards and robust design principles.

Problem-Solving & Risk Management

• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot code-level challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Identify risks in designs and propose effective mitigation strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (Masters degree preferred).

Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in developing scalable, distributed applications.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.
• Strong familiarity with frameworks like Next.js and NestJS.
• Proven ability to design and build RESTful APIs using a Microservices architecture.
• In-depth understanding of cloud-based API platforms and backend systems.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

Agile Practices:

• Solid understanding and experience working within Agile processes, particularly Scrum.
