Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Infrastructure and Engineering teams to maintain and improve software products, ensuring they meet security, stability, and compliance standards.
• Assist the Customer Success team by diagnosing and resolving customer issues, applying necessary fixes and patches.
• Develop a deep understanding of the system architecture, reverse engineer components, and document them for team-wide reference.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure and implement DevOps best practices, optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct routine security updates, system patching, and performance enhancements to maintain software efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience in full-stack development, cloud services, and deployment.
• Proficiency in either GCP or AWS (expertise in at least one).
• Strong knowledge of Go, JavaScript, and React for full-stack development.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with C# for desktop application development.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or BuildKite.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Terraform, and Linux.
• Strong understanding of Git and GitHub workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
