Rate: 46 to 52 CAD PH
Role Summary
NearSource is seeking a Frontend Engineer specializing in React and 3D visualization to support the development of a next-generation dynamic UI platform for construction intelligence. This role focuses on building modular, adaptive interfaces that respond to real-time events and user roles within complex environments. The position involves contributing to high-impact demonstration systems showcased at global industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop modular, reusable front-end components for a dynamic UI platform.
- Integrate 3D visualization capabilities using WebGL-based viewers for spatial context.
- Architect interactive data visualization layers, including time-series graphs and heatmaps.
- Implement knowledge graph visualizations, with bidirectional interaction to 3D environments.
- Build responsive interfaces optimized for tablet and iPad usage.
- Design and develop timeline and schedule exploration tools for construction progress tracking.
- Enable contextual document and specification rendering, with dynamic highlighting.
- Implement role-based UI composition, supporting multiple construction personas.
- Collaborate with the UX Research Lead to translate design concepts into scalable components.
- Deliver independently deployable components for research and demonstration applications.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for scalable front-end development.
- Hands-on experience with WebGL for 3D visualization integration.
- Expertise in data visualization libraries, such as D3.js, Recharts, or Highcharts.
- Experience building responsive interfaces for tablet and iPad devices.
- Exposure to AI-assisted UX or dynamic UI generation systems.
- Ability to design adaptive interfaces beyond fixed layouts.
- Experience working with non-deterministic or agent-driven UI workflows.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Autodesk Platform Services (APS) viewer, or similar 3D web viewers.
- Familiarity with construction or AEC domain applications.
- Experience with real-time data streaming and WebSocket integration.
