Rate: 18 to 20 CAD PH
Role Summary: NearSource is seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to manage front office operations while supporting logistics coordination and badge administration. This role serves as the first point of contact and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate routing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure reception area
- Execute visitor sign-in processes in compliance with security protocols
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including package handling and distribution
- Prepare outgoing shipments and liaise with carriers for timely dispatch
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup of items
- Administer employee and visitor badges, including creation, activation, and tracking
- Verify identity and manage access permissions in alignment with company policies
- Troubleshoot badge-related issues and maintain access records
- Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams
- Assist with scheduling, office coordination, and ad hoc requests
- Support a seamless and efficient workplace experience
Must-Have Skills
- Strong professionalism and reliability in a front-facing role
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience supporting shipping and receiving operations
- Familiarity with badge or access management systems
- Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
