Job Description:

A Cybersecurity Manager oversees an organization's overall information security strategy and operations. They lead the cybersecurity team, develop and implement security policies, manage security budgets, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves coordinating with various departments, assessing and mitigating risks, and reporting on security status to executive leadership.

Skills and Experience:

- Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and policies

- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS)

- Understanding of various security domains (network, application, cloud, data security)

- Experience with security audits and assessments

- Ability to translate technical security concepts for non-technical stakeholders

- Strong project management and budgeting skills

- Experience in incident response management and business continuity planning

- Knowledge of emerging threats and security trends

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Language Requirement:

Strong English language abilities at a minimum of EFSET C1 level

- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)

Optional Certifications:

- CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT)

- CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)

- PMP (Project Management Professional)
