5. Video Consent

If you voluntarily submit an introductory video or participate in a recorded interview, you authorize Nearshore Business Solutions to share that recording with prospective employers as part of evaluating your candidacy.

Your videos will not be used for advertising, promotional materials, or public distribution without your separate consent.

6. Future Opportunities

Unless you request otherwise, you authorize Nearshore Business Solutions to retain your profile and application materials so we may contact you regarding future employment opportunities that may match your experience.

8. Confidentiality
